I am looking to put another water tank in at my place and would like to know a bit more about it, and not from a contractor! Any info you can provide would be much appreciated. My email is katrinaziebarth@gmail.com thanks :)Katzie01https://www.blogger.com/profile/07712728533966656183noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8284944855633609232.post-4509676096180049602017-08-15T13:37:35.854+10:002017-08-15T13:37:35.854+10:00I hope you recover, sooner rather than later. Awesome comfort food, when you're feeling "blah" and it's still cold out. Although, cold isn't something I've felt around here lately. It feels like spring already.Chris https://www.blogger.com/profile/13715819899708384147noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8284944855633609232.post-31974626214623007692017-08-15T11:15:29.802+10:002017-08-15T11:15:29.802+10:00I hope you are feeling much better now, Chris. I'm in the midst of some horrid lurgy at the moment which I suspect I picked up while relief teaching last week ... ugh! I've been having soup which I've had in the freezer which is another great way to get some healing nutrition in there. Sorry you didn't get to the Jumpers and Jazz festival. It's a big event in Warwick. I wonder if the trees appreciate the extra warmth their knitted decorations give?Chris https://www.blogger.com/profile/13715819899708384147noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8284944855633609232.post-60930384943020734212017-08-15T10:12:36.832+10:002017-08-15T10:12:36.832+10:00Another chilli jam, connoisseur. Only mine was labeled, Thai chilli, which is another name the Bird's eye chilli is known for. I agree, they are too hot for me as well. I start hiccuping immediately when eating raw or cooked. But the sweet seems to counteract the hot - at least to be palatable. You could try 8 chillies, instead of 10, if you wanted to dull it down more. Hope you get back to 100% real soon. I find that I 'wing it' when making chilli jam. This means that each batch is quite different and sometimes too hot to eat. Our last lot blew your head off if you weren't careful. I think having a basic recipe will be a life saver for the family.Janehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06964345893499561504noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8284944855633609232.post-37790486976049878132017-08-14T19:36:23.826+10:002017-08-14T19:36:23.826+10:00Chris I look forward to your sweet chilli jam reci...Chris I look forward to your sweet chilli jam recipe. A lot of our chillies have survived our warm winter so we have plenty although the Birds Eye ones are too hot for me. I might plant a milder one for personal use as the men like the hot ones. Glad you are feeling a tad better. Flu season is normally worse after the EKKA but hopefully it just started earlier this year and will finish earlier as well as so many people are sick at the moment. I get the point I was trying to make in those never published posts, but somehow evolved past needing to make it, lol.

Golly, I hope the flu season is behind us, rather than ahead. I've had my fair share of getting sick this season. I will start working on a post, experience an interruption and when I come back to the post a few days or weeks later I read what I have started and think "And, your point was?" and the post never is finished. So yes the muse doesn't always hang around for us.

I hope you feel better soon. Do you think there will be further flu outbreaks now that we are in Ekka season?
