Ugh Chris, I am sorry to hear that! Don't despair, there are still many jobs out there and the time you find waiting to hear about a new job can be a blessing for all the things around the house and garden you want to achieve.
I too was in this position many years ago, we tightened our belts enormously and kept job hunting,it only lasted a couple of months.
Thank you for taking the time to comment. I love reading what you have to share. Gully Grove is a Spam free environment though, so new commenter’s only leaving hyperlinks, will be promptly composted.

I'm sure all will be OK, full entitlements should give your family a bit of breathing space for your husband to find a new job

ReplyDeleteHubby is chasing up work and found some likely prospects toady. Just have to wait for confirmation now.

Oh dear, what a blow. Glad to hear you have some prospects though! You will be in my prayers, keep your heads up, thinking of you
